Conditions of use for the SPE Trace brand intelligence audit engine. By using the service, you accept these terms.

00. Aviso Importante

SPE Trace desarrolla y aplica formulaciones analíticas propias (patente en proceso, US Provisional App. No. 63/930,786) para medir, cuantificar y predecir cómo los modelos de IA perciben y representan marcas. Nuestros motores procesan datos de plataformas de IA líderes — incluyendo ChatGPT y Gemini — mediante metodologías originales, métricas propietarias (SA, SRI, TIM, SRG, LPP, IRI) y algoritmos de consenso multi-modelo desarrollados íntegramente de forma interna.

Las recomendaciones estratégicas entregadas son el resultado de un análisis riguroso multi-modelo. No obstante, representan orientación basada en datos, no resultados garantizados. Factores externos — actualizaciones de algoritmos, cambios de mercado, acciones de competidores — pueden influir en los resultados de forma independiente a nuestro análisis. Las decisiones finales de implementación son responsabilidad del cliente. Recomendamos validar todas las recomendaciones con su experiencia en el sector y probar los cambios de forma incremental.

01. Nature of the Service

SPE Trace is a brand intelligence audit engine that analyzes how AI models, LLMs, and search engines perceive, interpret, and represent your brand across global markets.

  • SPE Trace does not store your brand's proprietary data.
  • SPE Trace does not guarantee specific business outcomes from the audit.
  • SPE Trace provides a data-driven assessment of your brand's algorithmic positioning and perception gaps.

02. Payments & Plans

Access to advanced audit features requires selecting a paid plan.

    Stripe Payment Gateway: All payments are processed through Stripe, ensuring PCI-DSS security standards. SPE does not store banking data.

    Stateless Identity: Credits are associated with your email (Operator ID). This is the only persistent data required to activate your audit.

    Immediate Activation: After completing payment, your audit tier is activated automatically.

    Refund Policy: Purchases have a 14-day withdrawal right provided no audit has been initiated. Once the audit process begins, the right of withdrawal is forfeited as the digital content is delivered immediately.

    Launch Pricing: Strikethrough prices represent the standard service rate. Current prices reflect promotional "Launch Pricing" discounts valid until March 31, 2026.

03. Limitation of Liability

Technical LimitationSPE Trace audits algorithmic perception and brand positioning. It does not certify absolute truth, authorship, or legal compliance. The strategic recommendations are advisory in nature.

We are not liable for damages arising from misuse or temporary unavailability of services.

04. Intellectual Property

All content (text, design, software, trademarks) is the property of Capriciousecret S.L.

Total or partial reproduction or transformation without express authorization is prohibited.

05. Prohibited Use

Use of the service for auditing domains you do not own or represent without legitimate business interest is prohibited. SPE reserves the right to block access in cases of abusive or unauthorized automated use.

06. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

07. Governing Law

Subject to Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the consumer's jurisdiction or in Las Palmas, Spain.
